中科爱心救助Abstract Effect of soil moisture changes on growth and development at different stages of corn was analyzed based on observation data about soil water in five national agro-meteorological stations of Tongliao City in 2014. The results showed that soil moisture in 2014 went against growth and development of corn，which have initiated droughts in part area and caused great losses.
